A two-week checklist that will help your mind:
- Food: Buy the food you need. Use your freezer.
- Cleaning: Do you have enough stuff to keep you and your family clean and healthy
- Money: How are you doing? Are you able to budget
- Work: can you work from home or not? If not, call Universal Credit line and find out where you stand
- Meds: This is super important. You need to make sure that you have enough AT LEAST one months worth on medication to keep your head in the game.
- Health: Can you have any appointments that you need to have via video link or phone?
- Commitments: Do you have help with childcare or dog walking if you get poorly?
- People: Do you have the contact details of the people you see regularly, like their phone numbers or email addresses to make sure that you stay in touch?
- Routine: Try and make a time table or schedule. You need to all work together as a unit if you live with people. You should come up with an agreement on who does what when. If you have children you should get ill.
- Exercise: Come up with exercises that you can make fun and do in the house with items that you have in the house.
- OUTSIDE: Recently I learn something that will really help some people, especially my kids, isolation does NOT mean you cannot go outside! Make sure you get that fresh air and that will help with your mind!
